Hello,
Ive been using Photoshop on and off for around a year now. I’m ok with it but I wouldnt call myself an expert by any means. . .
Anyway, I have a picture that I want to change and give the same or similar effect as the Indiana Jones Posters (as seen in the below Link)
Basically, I want an effect that makes the picture look drawn by hand and coloured in with pencil, I guess??
How can I achieve this kind of effect?

Under the filters menu, click on the “artistic” submenu. You should find the effect you want, or something very close.
