Can you guys help me rember the name of this movie?
It is about a girl who in the opening scene is covering a wall with posters. She’s doing so because her mother painted her a huge mermaid but then her mother passed away. So she is now left with her younger brother and father. She’s on the swim team and i think cheer leading team. Her father almost marries a woman who is often mean to the kids and she smashes the little brothers cassette tape. The girl is very rich and she falls in love with a poor boy from the west side. Shes not allowed to go there alone and has to sneak on the bus which she has never ridden before. The closing scene shows the boy and girl jumping into the school swimming pool after her swim meet. They then kiss under water. The main characters are played by latino people.

Surely there are many waterfalls throughout the world but not many so hospitable. It is also one of the few falls that empties directly into the ocean which surely adds to its mystique.
In case you have missed it, it does have a beach also and a pretty good one too. This place is a combination of picnic ground, regal waterfalls and a splendid white sand beach. No other natural facility in the world has any combination of this quality and magnitude. It is really a good way to spending a day, climbing the falls and enjoying its therapeutic water. However, having lunch in the open and listening to mother nature then relaxing on the white sand beach is worth more than money can buy.
The natural fauna and flora underscore the rich biodiversity while enhancing the milieu. The tweeting sound of birds enjoying their freedom and the surrounding mixed with the gushing water that tumbles down the slopes is really special. The sounds of the tree branches that sway in the gentle breeze reminds us all that mother nature is the true medicine of the soul.
